Here’s everything you need to know about the event:

When is the Super Saturday Boxing Festival?

The event will take place on Saturday, October 8.

Starting at 2pm and running right through until late, fans can expect a full day of action.

Promoter No Limit is putting on outdoor bars, food trucks and big screens to keep the 5,000 punters entertained throughout the day.

Who is fighting? Full fight card

Irish-Australian veteran Dennis Hogan (30-4-1) has fought for three major world titles without ever getting that belt wrapped around his waist.

Now 37, Hogan knows his bout with IBO super-welterweight champ Sam Eggington (32-7) is his last shot for that title.

Eggington, 28, will be a stern test for the Brisbane-based Hogan.

The son of former undisputed super-lightweight world champion Kostya Tszyu, and younger brother super-welterweight world title challenger Tim, Nikita Tszyu will be stepping out for the fourth time as a professional.

Tszyu is undefeated so far but faced the toughest test of his career last time out against Ben Horn.

He’ll be taking on Darkon Dryden, a 4-0 knockout artist born and bred in Newcastle.

Rising super-bantamweight star Sam Goodman (12-0) and light heavyweight prospect Paulo Aokuso (2-0) are also in action.
